Welcome to our culinary journey

It all began in 2012, in the bustling heart of South China, where fate led two passionate individuals with a shared love for hospitality to cross paths. Matt and Joan, both seasoned professionals in the industry, found themselves at Murray's Irish Pub in Dongguan, crafting memorable experiences for patrons from around the globe.

In 2019, destiny took a turn, and we found ourselves back in beautiful Alberta, Canada. The itch to rekindle our passion for hospitality and culinary arts never went away. Our time in China had been filled with culinary adventures, and we had the privilege of introducing travelers to the delectable Canadian Poutine, leaving an indelible mark on their taste buds.

Inspired by the spirit of Murray's, we embarked on a flavorful journey rooted in our love for cooking. We love to play with fire and smoking meat using our trusty stick burner became one of the influences of our creations. Whether it was home-cured bacon or smoked meat, we knew we had something special to share.

Our journey starts here with spring rolls, a canvas for our culinary innovation. This all began with Joan's cherished family recipe, a classic Filipino pork spring roll, called Lumpia. From there we couldn't resist the temptation to explore unconventional flavors. The Montreal Smoked Meat Poutine Spring Roll was born, paying homage to our Murray’s Irish Pub.

But our culinary adventure doesn't stop there. We've revisited the St. Patrick's Day tradition of crafting Corned Beef and Cabbage spring rolls, perfect for your Paddy's Day celebrations. And of course, we couldn't overlook the beloved Mac & Cheese, which is our best seller and super delicious.

For those with a sweet tooth, stay tuned for our dessert spring rolls, currently in development, and the possibility of a gluten-free option too.

Recognizing that not everyone craves deep-fried delights, we decided to take a more health-conscious direction. Our Vietnamese Goi Cuon, inspired by the traditional grilled chicken version, opens up a world of nutritious, on-the-go options. We've experimented with a variety of fillings, including a tantalizing California roll-inspired combo and a vegan alternative for those who prefer plant-based delights.

Excitingly, we plan to introduce new versions of these rolls, featuring our cherry-smoked maple bacon and our famed homemade Caesar dressing. Keep a close eye on our website and social media for the latest additions to our menu.

We offer weekly pickup services in SouthWest Calgary and welcome party platter and catering inquiries for those that want to venture off the beaten path. Whether you're planning a casual get-together, a corporate event, or a special celebration, we're here to cater to your needs. Our offerings extend beyond spring rolls, encompassing our signature home-cured cherry smoked bacon and a family recipe passed down for generations in our naturally fermented pickles.
